New addition to Hydegate – May 2018

There have been major renovations over the last few years at Hydegate and we have finally achieved our vision. We no longer have any traditional style mesh kennels!

The fabulous new “Meadow” kennels are now up and running. They are all glass fronted, temperature controlled with non-slip flooring. As with all the accommodation, your dog/s will receive a morning exercise session, 14 point daily health check and food. This will be followed by a lunchtime walk and an afternoon exercise as standard. Extra walk/playtimes can be added to suit your pet’s needs and your preferences.

We now have two secure grass run areas to allow off lead play times. And each block of kennels has its own covered run area to allow play times and cuddle sessions come rain or shine, but let’s hope this sunshine stays for a bit longer!

With the summer holidays fast approaching we would just like to remind you to book well in advance to secure your pet’s holiday. All cats and dogs vaccinations must be up to date. The Kennel Cough vaccination for dogs is not compulsory but highly recommended.

We would like to welcome Rachel to the team. She started off part time but her dedication, bubbly character and obvious passion for animals meant we had to offer her more! She has a German shepherd and a parrot at home. Her hobbies are horse riding and painting abstract art.

Our grooming services are also particularly busy with up to 4 weeks wait, so please book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
