Extra care
No two pets are alike and so we offer you the opportunity to personalise the care sessions, that best suit your pet.
The following describes the services we provide.
Extra care sessions
Our standard service, for all pets, provides an excellent standard of care. However, you know your pet well and you may want more. Once you have chosen the accommodation you require, you can then tailor your pet's stay to suit its individual needs. You can choose to add as many or as few extra care sessions as you wish. You may know that your pet likes extra cuddles; or prefers a longer walk. You can add what you think your pet needs.
Golden Heart
All of our accommodation options offer an extra care package we call the Golden Heart service. This provides four extra 10 minute care sessions, made up entirely of what extra care you think your pet needs.
Family kennel
We have a larger room that we call the Family Kennel. This has a larger bedroom compartment than normal and is ideal for two dogs or simply if one dog requires more room. You can also add the Golden Heart service to provide those extra care sessions.
Day boarding
We provide a new, day care service which allows you to leave your dog with us while you are at work or enjoying a day out. You can deliver and collect your dog at a time that suits you. Contact us for more details.
